CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cup soy milk organic unsweetened
  • 1 ripe banana sliced and frozen
  • 1 tablespoon creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds ground
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Ice cubes to taste
  • Cacao nibs and hemp seeds for topping

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients into the Go Blend It blender and blend on high speed until smooth and desired consistency is reached.
  2. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more liquid - milk or ice cubes and blend again.

 

OAT BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE 

BERRY OAT BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (more as needed)
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 3 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
  • 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all ingredients to the Go Blend It blender. Cover tightly and pulse until ice is broken up, then puree until smooth. Taste and add sweeter if needed or milk if it is too thick. Serve immediately.

GINGER BANANA SMOOTHIE


GINGER BANANA SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 cup organic soy milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut macrobiotic yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2 teaspoons baobab powder optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Ice cubes
  • Toppings: hemp seeds, Gobi berries, bee pollen

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients into your Go Blend It blender and process until smooth.

  2. Pour in glass and add toppings. Drink immediately.
