Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders from our US warehouse. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all US orders, no minimum required.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change please contact us at support@goblendit.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does it take to blend?
The GoBlendIt blender blends most fruits, vegetables, and ice in under 40 seconds.

Can it crush ice?
Yes — the stainless steel blades handle ice and frozen fruit easily.

How do I charge it?
The GoBlendIt blender charges via USB cable and is compatible with any standard USB port — your laptop, power bank, or car charger. A full charge takes approximately 1–2 hours depending on your USB charger.

How many blends can I get per charge?
Up to 15 full blends per charge — enough for a full week of morning smoothies.

Is it easy to clean?
Yes — simply add warm water and a drop of dish soap, run the blender for 10 seconds, and rinse. Clean in seconds.

Is it BPA free?
Yes — all materials in contact with food are BPA free and food safe.

What capacity is it?
The GoBlendIt blender holds 300ml — the perfect single-serve portion for smoothies, protein shakes, and fresh juice.

What colors are available?
Currently available in Pink and Blue.

Does it fast charge?
The GoBlendIt blender charges via standard USB at 3–5V. It does not support fast charging but reaches a full charge in 1–2 hours from any standard USB port.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us at support@goblendit.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement immediately.

When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

My package says delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first as packages are sometimes left with neighbors or in a safe location. If you're still unable to locate your package contact us at support@goblendit.com and we'll do our best to help.
