Return Policy

At GoBlendIt, your satisfaction is our priority. Here's everything you need to know about our return process.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, email us at support@goblendit.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@goblendit.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Please note we are unable to process damage claims reported after 48 hours of delivery.

Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item we will cover return shipping and send the correct item immediately at no cost to you.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit we will reship your order at no charge. If tracking shows your package as delivered we are unable to reship or issue a refund. In this case we recommend contacting your local carrier or filing a claim with your home insurance provider.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items showing signs of use
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Items reported after 14 days of delivery
  • Change of mind purchases

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
